Skills
Front End
I develop front end web applications using html, css and javascript and React. I have also built custom WordPress themes and plugins.
React
I enjoy developing React applications. Some of the applications I have created are shown above.
Back End
I have written backend code using Express, PHP, Python Django and Python Flask. I also have experience with serverless compute using technologies like AWS Lambda.
Java SE
I developed multi-threaded Java desktop applications for US Government contracts from IARPA and the NSF.
Deployment
I have experience deploying web applications on various cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Heroku, Hostinger and Dreamhost. I have installed and deployed web applications on Linux servers with domain names and SSL.
Education
I completed a B.S. in Computer Science with honors plus additional graduate coursework in Software Engineering. I recieved a Front-End Developer Certificate from Meta and a Cybersecurity Certificate from Google. I have also co-authored 5 academic papers.
